COVID-19 PCR Testing Package

This package includes the coordination of the FDA EUA-approved COVID-19 PCR test collection, preparation of lab requisition (order), guidance for testing protocols, release of results via secure email and reporting of results as required by health department and CDC. This test detects the Covid-19 virus via PCR. This is the FDA EUA-approved anterior nares collection kit available for iHLTH customers. 
 
This Covid-19 PCR testing package is for those with required employee/contractor testing, required testing for travel to Hawaii, Alaska and certain countries, to clear individuals for return to work per employer protocols, and/or required testing after a Covid exposure, positive test or a facility outbreak. Employers, human resource directors or group leaders must email info@iHLTH.org for coordination of the Covid-19 Testing Package. Shipping and handling of test kit to be paid by customer or employer. This pricing does not include the processing of the test specimen by the laboratory; customer/employer is resposible for the bill from the laboratory; laboratory will file insurance on behalf of iHLTH's customer for the Covid PCR test. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER WITHOUT PRIOR COORDINATION OF TESTING SERVICES WITH iHLTH.
